AUDITING

According to the Companies Ordinance, every company incorporated in Hong Kong will need to have their accounts audited. A copy of the audited accounts is required at the Annual General Meeting and a copy submitted to the Inland Revenue Department together with the tax return. Auditors will fully comply with the set of codes, standards and conducts as laid down by Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In review process, we will also report to you on the company’s accounting system and internal control systems if any defects which come to light and we will make recommendations to improve it accordingly.
